If it can be repaired, Bishop can do it!
Proof Testing
Under current legislation, manufactured items of lifting equipment such as overhead runway beams, fork attachments and lifting beams require certification. This must include the safe working load of the equipment in question. In order to certify the equipment, it must be proof load tested to a factor safety above the intended safe working load. This factor of safety varies depending on the type of equipment.
We are able to undertake all manner of proof load tests ensuring our customers remain compliant with their legal obligations.
Design and Manufacture
If you require an entirely bespoke lifting solution, our highly qualified design engineers would be happy to assist. We have experience undertaking projects ranging from the design of a lifting beam to the design, fabrication and installation of crane structures such as swing jibs and overhead crane systems.
